Common use

Urispas is a blocker of M-cholinoreceptors. The medication relaxes the muscles of the urinary tract. Urispas is used to treat pain, burning, urinary urgency and frequency symptoms caused by overactive bladder, nocturia (the awakening from sleep at night to pass urine), dysuria, prostate enlargement, bladder infections such as cystitis, prostatitis, urethritis (symptomatic treatment), or irritation of the urethra. Antibiotics

Another group of bacteriostatic antibiotics are used less frequently as many microorganisms became resistant to the this type of antibiotics. Bacteriostatic effect of the tetracyclines is associated with inhibiting the synthesis of proteins.
